Our Classes
A quick overview of each session on the timetable, so you know what you're walking into.
- CrossFit60 min · All levels
- Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Each class includes a structured warm-up, a strength or skill component, and a coached workout of the day (WOD). Movements scale to your ability, so beginners and experienced athletes train side by side.
- HYROX60 min · All levels
- Race-specific conditioning for the world's fastest-growing fitness competition. Expect intervals of running paired with functional stations: ski erg, sled push/pull, burpee broad jumps, wall balls. All designed to build the engine and grit to compete at any HYROX event.
- Tabata Circuit60 min · Beginner-friendly
- A dynamic, beginner-friendly workout that blends the intensity of Tabata intervals with the variety of circuit training. You'll rotate through different exercises in a 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off format, building strength and endurance. The class runs for 60 minutes, including a full warm-up and cool-down, making it the perfect choice for anyone looking for a fast, effective, and fun way to get fit.
- Team Workout60 min · All levels
- Our Saturday signature session. Partner and small-team formats that mix running, lifting, and conditioning, designed to push you further than you'd go alone. Equal parts hard work and good fun, with the whole community on the floor.
