New to Samui Fitness Lab? Here’s how to get started:

  1. Buy a Membership – Choose Bronze, Silver, or Gold.

  2. Browse the Timetable – Find a class that suits your goals.

  3. Show Up & Train – Our coaches will take care of the rest.

Class Descriptions

Crossfit

Our CrossFit sessions blend strength, conditioning, and skill work in constantly varied, high-intensity workouts. Expect barbell lifts, gymnastics, and metcons—all scaled to your level.  Each class is designed to challenge your limits, improve functional fitness, and build a resilient, well-rounded athlete.

Goal: All-around fitness and functional strength

Hyrox

Our core Hyrox training session. Prepare for the global fitness race format with sled pushes, wall balls, rowers, and running—all structured for real-race simulation.

Goal: Power, stamina, and race-specific performance

Duration: 60 mins

Strength Class

A focused strength training session emphasizing proper technique and progressive overload. Build raw power and muscle using barbells, kettlebells, and resistance exercises.

Goal: Strength development, technique, and power

run club

Join the tribe and build your engine. This endurance-focused outdoor session is designed to improve running performance, Hyrox race pacing, and overall aerobic capacity.

Goal: Running efficiency, endurance, and pacing

Fitness Circuit

This fast-paced class rotates through strength and cardio stations to deliver a full-body burn. Think dumbbells, slam balls, bikes, and time-based challenges.

Goal: General fitness, calorie burn, and muscular endurance

Duration: 60 mins

Beach workout

Train barefoot in the sand with bodyweight circuits, partner challenges, and cardio blasts. This fun, sweaty session is perfect for breaking routine and soaking in the Samui energy.

Goal: Full-body conditioning with a scenic twist

Monday – Saturday: 7:30am – 7:30pm

Sunday: No Classes.  Access to Open Gym 8:00am – 5:00pm
