Class Descriptions

Crossfit

Our CrossFit sessions blend strength, conditioning, and skill work in constantly varied, high-intensity workouts. Expect barbell lifts, gymnastics, and metcons – all scaled to your level.  Each class is designed to challenge your limits, improve functional fitness, and build a resilient, well-rounded athlete.

Goal: All-around fitness and functional strength

Crossfit FOR BEGINNERS

A class designed for anyone who wants to try CrossFit in a safe and supportive environment.  We cover fundamental movements, basic technique, and how a CrossFit class is structured.  You’ll get to try simple strength and conditioning elements at a comfortable pace, with full focus on safety and confidence.

Goal: Understand the basics and feel confident joining regular classes
Intensity: 🔥🔥🔥
Duration: 60 mins

Hyrox

Step into the ultimate hybrid workout experience.  Our Hyrox class fuses endurance training with functional movements – sled pushes, burpee broad jumps, wall balls, and more – to build power, stamina, and serious work capacity. Whether you’re gearing up for race day or chasing peak performance, this session delivers race-specific conditioning and a full-body challenge.

Goal: Power, stamina, and race-specific performance

HYROX FOR BEGINNERS

A class designed for anyone who wants to try HYROX and understand how the race format works.  We break down the key stations – row, ski, sled, push/pull, farmer’s carry, wall balls, and running – and teach efficient technique and pacing.  You’ll finish with a short, beginner-friendly workout that lets you experience the HYROX feel.

Goal: Understand the basics and feel confident joining regular classes

Open Gym

Train your way with full access to our facilities. Use the space to lift, stretch, practice skills, work on conditioning, or follow your own program. Whether you’re building strength, improving mobility, or getting extra volume in, this is your time to focus and move at your own pace.

YOGA & MOBILITY

Yoga and mobility work are essential for maintaining a strong, balanced, and resilient body. They improve flexibility, joint health, and range of motion while also reducing the risk of injury, especially when combined with high-intensity training.
