Hyrox

Step into the ultimate hybrid workout experience.  Our Hyrox class fuses endurance training with functional movements – sled pushes, burpee broad jumps, wall balls, and more – to build power, stamina, and serious work capacity. Whether you’re gearing up for race day or chasing peak performance, this session delivers race-specific conditioning and a full-body challenge

Crossfit

Our CrossFit sessions blend strength, conditioning, and skill work in constantly varied, high-intensity workouts. Expect barbell lifts, gymnastics, and metcons – all scaled to your level.  Each class is designed to challenge your limits, improve functional fitness, and build a resilient, well-rounded athlete.

Goal: All-around fitness and functional strength

S&C - Strength (mon, WEd, Fri)

Master foundational lifts – squat, bench press, and deadlift – with a focus on technique, safety, and progressive strength

Goal: Meets you where you are and helps you get stronger, fitter and more confident each week

run club - Tuesday Track Club

Interval Training at Samui Stadium, in collaboration with Out of Office Track Club.  Led by coach Rob, each session combines expert run drills and mindset coaching to elevate your technique and sharpen your running skills

Goal: Running efficiency, endurance, and pacing
Intensity: 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Duration: 60 mins

run club - Thursday Jungle Run

An 8k trail loop focusing on aerobic capacity and endurance, led by Coach Spikey. Meet at Lamai Fitness Gym. Sessions adapt to your goals – run hard or walk easy.  The emphasis is on steady effort, efficient movement and building lasting stamina.

Goal: Running efficiency, endurance, and pacing
Intensity: 🔥🔥
Duration: 60-90 mins

S&C - Conditioning (TUE, THUR)

Challenge your engine and complement your strength work through high-energy circuits, bodyweight training, and functional movements.

Goal: Meets you where you are and helps you get stronger, fitter and more confident each week.

CrossFit Kids

This 45-minute high-energy class is all about movement, fun and skill-building.  Designed for ages 6 – 10, it helps kids develop coordination, balance, and confidence through playful games, functional exercises, and engaging activities that keep them moving and smiling from start to finish.

Goal: Fostering motor skills, balance, and body awareness in a fun, engaging environment.
Intensity: 🔥🔥🔥
Duration: 45 mins

Group Class FAQS

How many people are in a class?

Usually between 10-25 people, so everyone gets attention.

Yes! Our Coaches offer scaled movements and modifications for all levels.

It’s recommended.  Some classes fill up fast – book through WhatsApp or via the timetable page.

The 24-Hour Gym membership does not include the classes.  However if you have an all access membership it does include classes.

Monday – Saturday: 7:30am – 7:30pm

Sunday: No Classes.  Access to Open Gym 8:00am – 5:00pm
